Crashed my phone

It did the same thing to me as the previous reviewer 

But it went further on mine where it wouldnt even allow me to open my other apps after i loaded this one! Had to restore! Tried it again..downloaded..restarted...plays a song then just gives a white screen?? Nothing happens.

Im on 3.0 OS

I hope they fix it fast or I want a refund.
